【人民日报钟声：贸易战没有赢家，保护主义不是出路】金十数据4月5日讯，人民日报钟声文章指出，当地时间4月2日，美国政府宣布对所有贸易伙伴加征10%的“最低基准关税”，并对部分国家征收更高关税。这一不知所云的所谓“对等关税”，是赤裸裸的单边贸易保护主义政策，立即引发美国国内和国际社会强烈反对，认为此举不仅将反噬美国经济，更将严重破坏多边贸易体制，冲击全球产业链供应链，加剧国际贸易紧张和全球经济分裂。当前全球经济复苏乏力，更需要大国担当。世界头号经济体，整天把吃亏挂在嘴上，未免小家子气。中美经贸关系的良性互动和发展态势事关世界繁荣稳定，对全球经济格局影响深远。历史和现实都已证明，中美找到共同点至关重要，中美合作红利全球共享，开放的市场和畅通的贸易能够助推全球产业链供应链的稳定运行。合作中当然会有竞争，中国从不回避、不惧怕竞争，但竞争要基于国际经贸规则。贸易战没有赢家，保护主义不是出路。2018年如此，如今美国滥用“对等关税”也将重蹈覆辙，终将让美国陷入自我反噬的恶性循环。
