智通财经APP讯，金源氢化(02502)公布，公司控股股东金马能源(06885)于2025年4月7日刊发公告，称金马焦化已于2025年4月3日与北京潍港新能源有限公司订立一项有条件买卖协议，内容有关金马焦化出售其所持金马能源(香港)有限公司(金马香港)的全部已发行股份。
据金马能源所知，饶朝晖先生(金马能源主席兼执行董事及公司主席兼非执行董事)间接拥有金马焦化96.3%权益，而金马焦化全资持有金马香港，金马香港则持有金马能源1.62亿股股份，约占金马能源已发行股本约30.26%。
公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请公司股份自2025年4月8日(星期二)上午9时正起恢复买卖。
