　　健倍苗苗（02161）发布公告，于2025年2月21日，该公司间接全资附属Arrow King Inc．拟向侯佳声收购天喜堂药厂有限公司已发行股份的90%，总代价为1.71亿港元。

　　买卖协议的所有条件已获达成，且完成已根据买卖协议于2025年4月3日落实。于完成后，公司间接拥有目标公司90%的权益，以及目标公司成为公司的非全资附属公司，而其财务业绩将于集团的财务报表综合入账。

　　公告称，代价于当前情况下属公平合理，并且符合公司及其股东的整体利益，原因是董事会相信目标公司唯一产品的潜力，以及集团凭借其在收购及推广各类品牌中药、品牌药以及健康保健品方面的丰富经验及良好往绩记录以进一步开发该品牌并提升该产品价值的能力。
