更新标题和内文第一段措辞，澄清双方最近“讨论了”一项初步协议，而非“达成了”
路透4月3日 - 据Information周四援引两位参与讨论的人士的话报导，英特尔 INTC.O 和台积电2330.TW 最近讨论了一项初步协议，将组建一家合资企业，运营这家美国芯片商的制造工厂。
报导称，台积电将持有新公司20%的股份。报导并称，白宫和美国商务部官员一直在敦促台积电和英特尔达成协议，以解决英特尔长期以来的危机。
英特尔和台积电未予置评，白宫没有立即回应路透的置评请求。
路透在今年3月的独家报导中称，台积电已向NvidiaNVDA.O等推介运营英特尔晶圆厂的合资企业。nL6T3PV07O
受巨额减值影响，英特尔公布2024年净亏损188亿美元，这是自 1986 年以来首次亏损。
2024 年，英特尔股价下跌 60%，而指标标普500指数.SPX上涨 23%。今年以来英特尔股价上涨近12%，收复了部分损失。
