PANews 4月5日消息，据Globenewswire报道，纽交所上市公司Genius Group宣布已根据美国《反诈骗和腐败组织法》（RICO）在佛罗里达南区地方法院对LZGI International, Inc（LZGI）两位高管Peter Ritz和Michael Moe提起诉讼，要求索赔4.5亿美元。
此前消息，美国纽约南区地方法院已禁止Genius Group公司出售股票筹集资金，而且还禁止使用投资者资金购买比特币，因为Michael Moe和Peter Ritz向该法院申请临时限制令和初步禁令以阻止Genius Group出售任何股份或筹集任何资金来购买比特币。
