PANews 4月5日消息，据 Cointelegraph 援引当地媒体报道，巴西高等法院第三审判庭一致授权法官向加密货币经纪商发送信函，告知他们打算扣押账户持有人的资产以偿还债权人。“尽管加密资产不是法定货币，但它可以作为一种支付方式和价值储存手段。”根据现有规定，如果巴西法官裁定债权人欠钱，他们有权冻结银行账户并下令提取资金，即使在债务人不知情的情况下也可以。根据最近的决定，加密资产现在属于同一管辖范围。
