该投资者集团在诉讼中声称，失去美国银行和 Webull 将导致“收入损失 73%”。文件称，在 2023 年和 2024 年的大部分时间里，Webull 占 Bakkt 加密服务收入的 74%，而美国银行在 2024 年 1 月至 9 月期间占其忠诚度服务收入的 17%。
