【赤峰黄金：悉数行使超额配股权 配发3084.78万股H股】金十数据4月6日讯，赤峰黄金公告称，公司同意由整体协调人于2025年4月4日悉数行使超额配股权，按发售价每股H股股份13.72港元配发及发行30,847,800股H股股份。前述超额配股权悉数行使后，本次发行的H股股份由205,652,000股增加至236,499,800股。
