智通财经APP讯，中国海洋石油(00883)发布公告，公司已接到公司实际控制人中国海洋石油集团有限公司(中国海油集团)的通知，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心和对资本市场长期投资价值的认可，为提振投资者信心，支持公司持续、健康、稳定发展，维护股价稳定，中国海油集团计划于本公告日起的12个月内增持公司A股和港股股份，拟增持金额累计不少于人民币20亿元(含本数)，不超过人民币40亿元(含本数)。该等资金来自于中国海油集团的自有资金。
截至本公告日，中国海油集团及其一致行动人直接或间接持有公司合计295.08亿股股份，约占公司已发行股份总数的62.08%。
本次增持计划符合《中华人民共和国证券法》等相关法律法规的有关规定。中国海油集团及其一致行动人承诺，在本次增持计划实施期间及法定期限内不减持所持有的公司股份。
