Joyce's (ASX:JYC) KWB Group has appointed Cameron Crowell to the newly created position of deputy chief executive officer, effective June 2, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The appointment has been made with a view of Crowell transitioning into the CEO role upon Managing Director John Bourke's retirement on or about June 30, 2026, the filing added.
Crowell has previously held chief operating officer roles at Kepler Analytics, Aspire 42, Walker Stores, and Radio Rentals.
The company's shares rose 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
