Memiontec's (SGX:TWL) chief executive officer, Tay Kiat Seng, acquired 13.5% shares held in Unity Strength, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Following the transaction, Seng's stake has increased to 68.1%.
Unity Strength now owns about 12% of the issued and paid up share capital of the company.
Shares of the company were down over 11% in recent trading.
