【碧桂园旗下8只境内债券兑付调整方案获通过，涉本金124.17亿元】金十数据4月7日讯，碧桂园(02007.HK)计划对旗下境内债务进行重组，此次调整兑付方案是为制定削债方案争取时间。4月7日，记者获悉，碧桂园旗下至少8只境内债券调整兑付方案的议案已获债权人通过，涉及H16碧园5、H19碧地3、H20碧地3、H20碧地4、H1碧地01、H1碧地02、H1碧地03、H1碧地04等，本金额为124.17亿元。碧桂园此次计划调整方案的债券合计9只，本金额约135.17亿元。其中，H16碧园5和H1碧地01均需要于今年3月兑付10%的本金，新的方案中分期款项展期至9月支付；其余债券则是给予相关债券本息兑付连续60个交易日的宽限期。
