【#专家建议利用美股暴跌把股市搞起来#】 中国政法大学教授、原商学院院长、资本金融研究院院长刘纪鹏在直播中指出，要利用美国的关税政策和股市下跌，把中国股市搞起来。刘纪鹏表示，中国科技的爆发需要资本市场来助力，需要用资本市场的表现来吸引全世界的关注资金。“论调动积极性，建立信心，还有什么能够比股市崛起更快、效果更好的呢？股市不仅仅是晴雨表，还是引擎和发动机，因为它能够直接把我们的资金给注入（市场）。”此外，刘纪鹏建议，应该成立4万亿平准基金。“赶快把平准基金成立起来，这次是亡羊补牢，未为晚矣。国家平准基金就是在发生这种突变的情况下冲进去，稳定市场，稳定民心。不要再犹豫。”
