H&G High Conviction said Hancock & Gore (ASX:HNG) agreed to waive the "material NTA change" condition precedent, which allowed it to terminate the proposed divestment of all of the company's assets if a material change occurred in the net tangible asset backing per share prior to completion.

AuKing Mining (ASX:AKN)

AuKing Mining said Orion Resources signed an indicative term sheet for a senior secured credit facility of $25 million. Proceeds will be used for Orion's acquisition of the Cloncurry gold project assets in Queensland.

DeSoto Resources (ASX:DES)

DeSoto Resources said soil and dump sampling, mapping, and rock chip sampling are underway at the Dadjan, Tole, and Timbakouna projects in Guinea, West Africa.

Globe Metals & Mining (ASX:GBE)

Globe Metals & Mining signed a memorandum of understanding with Toronto Stock Exchange-listed Neo Performance Materials for 150 tonnes of refined high-purity niobium pentoxide, paving the way for a binding offtake agreement for 50% of the Kanyika project phase one production in Malawi.
