智通财经APP获悉，芯片股早盘走高，截至发稿，上海复旦(01385)涨8.61%，报24.6港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨6.6%，报27.45港元；ASMPT(00522)涨5.76%，报46.85港元；中芯国际(00981)涨4.11%，报39.25港元。
消息面上，4月3日，日本政府宣布对十余种半导体相关物项实施出口管制。据悉，日本是全球半导体产业链主要出口国之一，此次出口管制涵盖光刻胶、高纯氟化氢、大硅片等关键材料及设备部件，均为国内半导体制造的薄弱环节。光大证券指出，日本再次升级半导体制裁范围也将倒逼国产替代提速。
信达证券指出，中美关税摩擦或扰动大陆半导体产业链，当前多环节仍有较大国产替代空间。该行指出，中美之间的关税摩擦可能促使终端客户转向中国大陆代工产能，下游厂商为规避成本压力，或逐渐将销售至大陆的产品转移到本地生产。另一方面，关税影响国内高端芯片(AI芯片)的进口，或进一步增加对大陆先进制程代工的需求。
