　　中国车用电池大厂宁德时代（300750.SZ）上月宣布与蔚来（09866.HK）签署战略协议，并推进对蔚来旗下的换电业务蔚来能源（Nio Power）不超过25亿元（人民币，下同（的战略投资。

　　路透报道，宁德时代正与蔚来进行谈判，拟收购蔚来能源的控股权。

　　消息没有透露宁德时代提出的收购价格，其中一位消息人士称，蔚来能源2024年融资时的估值超过100亿元。

　　对此，宁德时代没有回应。

　　蔚来仅表示，蔚来与包括宁德在内多个投资者合作推进换电站共建的项目，并指蔚来与宁德将深化资本与业务合作，进一步巩固战略合作伙伴关系，共同建设全球最大换电网络。

　　蔚来能源是蔚来的重要资产之一，目前在中国拥有3200多座换电站，除了为蔚来车主提供换电与充电服务外，也向特斯拉、比亚迪（01211．HK）等电动车品牌开放。
