此前消息，Arthur Hayes 表示，如果谁想预测美联储何时会退让并开动印钞机，盯紧债券波动率指数（MOVE Index）就对了。这个指数涨得越高，那些做杠杆国债或公司债交易的机构就越可能因保证金要求提高而被迫抛售，而这两个市场恰恰是美联储会拼死护盘的地方。等 MOVE 突破 140（当前为 127），就是市场崩盘后美联储放水带来的暴富机会。
