BlockBeats 消息，4 月 8 日，据 Coindesk 报道，芝加哥期权交易所 (Cboe) 加密货币部门 Cboe Digital 周一宣布，计划于 4 月 28 日推出新的比特币期货产品，目前正等待监管批准。该产品将与 FTSE Russell 合作，基于 XBTF 指数（代表 FTSE 比特币指数价值的 1/10），采用现金结算方式，并将在每月最后一个工作日结算。
Cboe 全球衍生品负责人 Catherine Clay 表示，此次推出正值市场对加密货币敞口需求持续增长之际，投资者越来越寻求更具资本效率和多功能性的方式来获取和管理加密货币敞口。Cboe 曾于 2023 年 11 月成为首个获 CFTC 批准同时提供现货和杠杆衍生品交易的美国监管交易平台。
