土地注册处资料显示，大潭玫瑰园单号屋，实用面积3,314平方呎，属于四房连约904平方呎花园，最新以7,800万元易手，呎价23,537元。原业主早于1996年以6,620万元入市，至2015年曾以1.5亿元进行内部转让，现成交价较29年前账面升值1,180万元或18%。
资料显示，上述洋房由永添集团董事总经理邱明德或相关人士持有，原本叫价8,500万元放盘，累减约700万元沽出单位。据悉，新买家包括邵晓峰等，为蚂蚁集团执行副总裁。
