恒地(00012.HK) (二)部旗下项目昨日(7日)售出3伙，共套现约4,429万元。恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，部门启德“天泷”昨日最新以招标形式售出1伙临海巨宅。最新成交单位为6座9楼A室，三房一套间隔，实用面积1,085平方呎，成交价3,565万，成交呎价32,857元。项目1个月内连沽13伙，自以现楼形式推售后速沽66伙，套现约25.4亿元。至今累售127伙，套现约51.3亿元。
同日，大角咀“利奥坊•壹隅”以招标形式售出１伙平台特色户，涉及单位为1座3楼N室，开放式间隔，实用面积185平方呎，连95平方呎平台，成交价450万元，成交呎价24,324元。“利奥坊•壹隅”至今累售577伙，占可供发售单位98%，套现约38.4亿元。
