4月8日，万科、金地、远洋等多支房企股价上涨。其中，万科股价涨幅3.03%，金地涨5.87%，远洋集团盘中涨幅一度达到8%。

　　据第三方数据显示，1-3月，远洋集团全口径销售额51.8亿元，同比增长25.7%。轻资产代建方面，远洋建管新签约95万平米，位列1-3月中国房地产代建企业“销售规模榜”第13位、“新签规模榜”第18位，继续展示出蓬勃发展的势头。
