天眼查App显示，近日，国泰君安证券股份有限公司发生工商变更，企业名称变更为国泰海通证券股份有限公司，注册资本由约89.04亿人民币增至约176.3亿人民币，同时，多位主要人员也发生变更。

该公司成立于1999年8月，法定代表人为朱健，经营范围为证券业务、证券投资咨询、证券公司为期货公司提供中间介绍业务、证券财务顾问服务，由上海国有资产经营有限公司、香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司、上海国际集团有限公司等共同持股。

据媒体报道，4月7日晚间，国泰君安公告，公司A股证券简称将于2025年4月11日起由“国泰君安”变更为“国泰海通”，公司A股证券代码“601211”保持不变。此外，公司H股证券简称的变更时间将在获得香港联交所关于变更证券简称的同意后再行确定。
