刘纪鹏指出，A股没有必要恐惧美国股市暴跌，因为美股是从45000点这个历史最高点的天花板上往下跌。A股不应该出现类似美股那样的大跌。第一，中国股市在资本项目下没有对外开放，大可不必这样恐慌；第二，中国股市在地板价上，刚刚走出3000点。
