Vection's The Digital Box Secures AU$600,000 in New Recurring Contracts, Shares Jump 17%

Vection Technologies (ASX:VR1) said its acquired company The Digital Box has secured an additional AU$600,000 in new annual recurring contracts, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

These contract wins follow an earlier disclosed AU$700,000 in artificial intelligence-related recurring deals, delivering a combined $1.3 million of additional recurring revenue since the acquisition, the filing said.

A total of AU$360,000 of the new revenue will be recognized within the fiscal year with the remainder to flow in the early part of the fiscal year 2026.

The company's shares jumped 17% in recent Tuesday trade.
