新股消息 | 瀚天天成递表港交所 为全球最大的碳化硅外延供应商
智通财经APP获悉，据港交所4月8日披露，瀚天天成电子科技(厦门)股份有限公司(简称：瀚天天成)递表港交所主板，中金公司为独家保荐人。
据招股书，瀚天天成是全球碳化硅(SiC)外延行业的领导者和革新者。根据灼识咨询的报告，自 2023年来，按年销售片数计，瀚天天成是全球最大的碳化硅外延供应商，2024年的市场份额超过30%。
瀚天天成拥有行业领先的碳化硅外延技术，是全球率先实现8英寸碳化硅外延芯片大批量外供的生产商，也是中国首家实现商业化3英寸、4英寸、6英寸和8英寸碳化硅外延芯片批量供应的生产商。公司牵头撰写并制定了全球首个及目前唯一的碳化硅外延国际SEMI标准。
于2024年，瀚天天成通过自产和代工模式累计销售了超过16.4万片碳化硅外延芯片；在业绩期内，公司累计交付了合共超过45万片碳化硅外延芯片。在业绩期内，公司拥有110 家客户。根据灼识咨询的报告，全球前5大碳化硅功率器件巨头中有4家以及全球前10 大功率器件巨头中有7家是公司的客户。
使用碳化硅外延芯片制备的功率器件在高温、大功率应用中性能表现优异，碳化硅功率器件正在加速进入电动汽车(EV)、超快充电桩、储能(ESS)、能源供应、数据中心，并正在进入下一代家电、高速轨道交通、电动船舶及低空飞行应用等领域。
财务方面，于2022年度、2023年度、2024年度，瀚天天成收入分别约4.41亿元、11.43亿元、9.74亿元人民币；同期，年内全面收益总额分别为1.43亿元、1.22亿元、1.66亿元人民币。
