中国神华A股下跌4.16% H股下跌8.28%
4月8日，中国神华（601088/01088）发布公告，2025年4月7日，公司A股股价下跌4.16%，H股股价下跌8.28%。
为稳定股东信心，公司介绍了近期运营情况。2025年一季度，煤炭需求偏弱和价格下行，公司通过加强生产组织，保障核心业务高位运行，计划商品煤产量3.35亿吨，煤炭销售量4.66亿吨，发电量2271亿千瓦时，均高于2024年实际水平。
在股东回报方面，公司建议2024年度派发现金股息2.26元/股，分红金额占归母净利润的76.5%，较2023年度提升1.3个百分点。公司还计划从2025年至2027年度每年度最低现金分红比例提高至65%。
此外，控股股东国家能源集团在2023年至2024年期间增持本公司A股股份1159万股，持股比例增至69.5789%。公司还完成了对国家能源集团杭锦能源100%股权的收购，并将继续推进煤炭优质资产的注入。
2024年，中国神华实现收入3383.75亿元，归母净利润586.71亿元。
