PANews 4月8日消息，据Cryptoslate报道，澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）于4月7日宣布，联邦法院已批准其请求，关闭95家与加密货币诈骗及杀猪盘相关的公司，因这些实体存在不当行为和虚假注册，故予以解散。这些公司利用虚假信息注册，以提供合法服务为幌子运营，实则是一个更大诈骗网络的一部分。它们通过看似专业的网站和虚假企业身份，诱骗受害者相信自己在与信誉良好的企业合作，进而推广加密货币、外汇和大宗商品的虚假投资机会。
尽管ASIC每周关闭超过130个诈骗网站，但诈骗行为依然顽固，新的诈骗层出不穷。目前，已提交近1500份索赔，损失超3500万美元，受害者遍布14个国家。法院已任命联合清算人处理这些公司的资产和负债。清算结果显示，95家公司中仅3家有资产，总额仅33018美元，而7家公司负债总额高达38689419美元。
