智通财经APP讯，同仁堂(600085.SH)公告，公司控股孙公司北京同仁堂国药有限公司(同仁堂国药)与中免国际有限公司(中免国际)签订了《战略合作协议》。
协议约定，在现有海南免税、会员购、香港市内免税店合作渠道基础上，进一步扩大国内、海外渠道及产品合作范围。双方共同探索同仁堂活络油、中式抗衰老系列等产品于中免渠道专供版本的合作。双方共同探索中式养生餐饮类创新业态合作，结合双方合作意愿，适时推进国内及海外门店合作。双方发挥各自优势，探索以国潮出海为主题展开业务、产品、文化多维度合作。
