智通财经APP讯，中国国航(601111.SH)发布公告，2025年4月8日，公司收到控股股东中国航空集团有限公司(简称“中航集团”)及其全资子公司中国航空(集团)有限公司(简称“中航有限”)出具的关于承诺不减持公司股份的通知，通知主要内容如下：
中航集团及中航有限长期看好中国航空业，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心及对公司内在投资价值的认可，除严格履行已就再融资作出的股份限售承诺外，承诺自通知发出之日起18个月内，中航集团及中航有限将不以任何方式减持所持有的公司无限售条件流通股股份(包括因公司资本公积转增股本、派送股票红利、配股、增发等事项取得的新增股份)。
