智通财经APP讯，和铂医药-B(02142)发布公告，认购事项的所有条件已获达成，而认购事项已于2025年4月8日完成。根据股份认购协议的条款及条件，合共7627.18万股认购股份已成功配发及发行予Astra Zeneca Holdings，认购价为每股1.38美元(相当于每股约10.74港元)，较股份认购协议日期前最后5个连续交易日(不包括该日)于联交所所报每股平均收市价约8.44港元溢价约27.3%。
配发及发行认购股份的所得款项总额约为1.053亿美元(相当于约8.192亿港元)，而经扣除配发及发行认购股份附带的所有相关开支后，所得款项净额估计为1.042亿美元(相当于约8.113亿港元)。
认购事项的所得款项净额将用作以下用途：约70%将用于临床前发现以及临床项目的研发;及约30%将用作营运资金及其他一般公司用途。公司计划于2027年底前动用认购事项的所得款项净额。
