BlockBeats 消息，4 月 8 日，加密餐饮应用 Blackbird 宣布完成 5000 万美元 B 轮融资，本轮融资由 Spark Capital 领投，Coinbase、a16z crypto、Union Square Ventures 和 Amex Ventures 等参投。
此次融资包括公司股权以及代币认股权证，即尚未发行的加密货币分配。Blackbird 创始人莱文塔尔称这笔资金是在 2024 年第四季度筹集的，但他拒绝透露本轮融资的隐含估值。自 2022 年以来，Blackbird Labs 已累计筹集了 8500 万美元。
Blackbird 是一款面向餐厅的忠诚度和支付应用程序。每次用户光顾注册该应用程序的餐厅时，他们都会收到一种内部加密货币 FLY 作为奖励。用户可以使用这种加密货币在 Blackbird 网络内的任何地方支付餐费，该网络覆盖了纽约市、旧金山和南卡罗来纳州查尔斯顿的 600 多家餐厅。莱文塔尔表示：“我们希望进入美国的大城市。”
