智通财经APP讯，赤峰黄金(06693)发布公告，招股章程所述的超额配股权已于2025年4月4日获整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际承销商)悉数行使，涉及合共3084.78万股H股，相当于任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数约15%。
超额配发股份将由公司按每股H股13.72港元的价格发行及配发。超额配发股份将用于促进向已同意延迟交付其根据全球发售认购的相关H股的承配人交付部分H股。
此外，有关全球发售的稳定价格期已于2025年4月4日(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。
