* 据路透上日援引四位消息人士透露，中国动力电池巨头--宁德时代300750.SZ正与蔚来汽车进行谈判，拟收购蔚来旗下拥有着3,000多座换电站的蔚来能源控股权。
消息人士表示，3月宁德时代宣布对蔚来能源进行不超过25亿元人民币的战略投资后，向蔚来提出收购蔚来能源（Nio Power）的大部分股份。由于此事属于私密信息，消息人士要求不具名。
