4月8日金融一线消息，由省联社改制而来的江苏农商联合银行挂牌成立，全国农信改革浪潮中的“江苏方案”正式落地，全省农商银行改革发展开启全新征程。

　　江苏农商联合银行党委书记、董事长胡建斌在《中国农村金融》杂志撰文称，江苏省联社成立以来的24年，是在省委、省政府领导下，带领全系统励精图治、接续奋斗，逐步化解历史包袱、持续焕发生机活力的24年，也是农商行现代金融企业制度不断磨合成型，支农支小工作走深走实，经营管理取得历史性突破的24年。一路走来，江苏农信始终秉承初心，坚持农村金融服务方向，由“小舢板”逐渐成长为“大舰队”。

　　“再踏层峰辟新天，更扬云帆立潮头”。站在新的历史起点，前进的道路依然充满未知和挑战，江苏农商联合银行将以笃行不怠的奋斗之姿，担当有为的实干之风，不畏压力增动力，撸起袖子加油干，持续推动全省农商行高质量发展走在前列，为全国农信改革发展贡献新的江苏智慧。
