路透新加坡4月7日 - 新加坡内政部周一表示，香港房地产开发商信和集团（Sino Group） 0083.HK背后家族的四名成员因与中国政协有关联而将被列为 "具政治影响力者"。
这标志着针对个人第二次援引三年前通过的《防止外来干预（对应措施）法令》相关条文。
这四人是信和集团主席黄志祥（Robert Ng）及其三个子女--副主席黄永光（Daryl Ng Win Kong）、非执行董事黄敏华（Nikki Ng Mien Hua）和黄永龙（David Ng Win Loong）。
黄永龙没有出现在信和集团的网站上，但他在领英(LinkedIn) 上的个人资料显示，他是该公司的集团联席董事。
内政部在一份声明中说，这四名新加坡公民向当局申报他们是外国立法机构或外国政治组织的成员。内政部强调，四人列为具政治影响力者，并不是因为他们曾有任何严重的不当行为。
根据信和集团的网站，这四人中有三人是中国人民政治协商会议的委员。
信和集团没有立即回应置评请求。
新加坡首次针对个人引用《防止外来干预（对应措施）法令》的相关条文，是把商人陈文平（ Philip Chan Man Ping）列为“具政治影响力者”，他曾以海外列席代表身份受邀出席中国人民政协会议。(完)
