智通财经APP获悉，海尔智家(06690)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.7%，报20.95港元，成交额3.84亿港元。
消息面上，海尔智家昨日晚间发公告称，公司董事、高级管理人员计划以自有资金通过集合竞价的方式增持公司股份（包括A股及/或H股），预计累计增持金额在2085万元至4170万元左右。与此同时，2025年4月7日，海尔智家首次回购A股股份61万股，占公司总股本的比例为0.007%，已支付的资金总额约为1448万元。
里昂发布研报称，由于美国消费疲弱，海尔智家的美国市场料将受到对等关税影响。然而，集团在潜在宽免的帮助下，任何美国需求复苏可能会为集团带来市场份额增长。由于美国经济增长动力减弱，该行将集团2025至27财年的纯利预测下调3%至7%，首予H股目标价27港元，并予“跑赢大市”评级。相较A股，该行认为H股有较大上升潜力，因此更看好H股。
