　　4月10日消息，港股内房股午后拉升，截至发稿，世茂集团、融创中国、富力地产涨超6%，雅居乐集团、金辉控股涨超5%，碧桂园、绿城中国、越秀地产等涨超4%。

　　消息面上，4月8日，财政部办公厅、住房城乡建设部办公厅发布开展2025年度中央财政支持实施城市更新行动的通知，中央财政将对入围城市给予定额补助。同日，人民财讯发文称多个一线城市正研究储备推动房地产市场进一步止跌回稳相关政策举措。

　　华源证券认为，房地产止跌回稳对于内需发力意义重大，预计后续地产供需两端有望获得进一步政策端支持，并且预计后续收储及城改等政策在地方层面也有望加速落地推进。开源证券则预计，一线城市的政策调整将对需求侧形成有力支撑，并逐步改善房价预期，进而辐射二三线城市从而逐步实现房价“止跌回稳”，带来房地产基本面改善。
