智通财经APP获悉，建发国际集团(01908)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.15%，报16.56港元，成交额4998.92万港元。
消息面上，建发国际集团公布，截至2025年3月底止三个月，累计实现合同销售金额243亿人民币，合同销售面积96.9万平方米，同比分别增加2.4%及减少15%。公司2024年业绩显示，全年营业收入1429.9亿元，同比增长6.4%；归母核心净利润42.7亿元，同比下滑1.6%。其中，公司物业开发业务贡献收入1386.2亿元，同比增长6.5%，占总收入约97%。
兴业证券发布研报称，公司拿地销售均处于行业领先地位，历史包袱较轻，随着库存出清和2022年及之后新拿地项目逐步结转，该行预计公司归母净利润、派息均有望保持稳中有增。该行预计公司2025/2026年的归母净利润为47.73/48.54亿元，分别同比-0.6%和+1.7%，2025年4月3日收盘价对应2025/2026年PE分别为6.7/6.6倍，首次覆盖给予“买入”评级。
