　　4月9日消息，外媒报道称，台积电被指“非法”为某企业代工AI芯片，将被美国商务部处以超过10亿美元的罚款。这种处罚极为罕见，甚至可能是创纪录的。

　　这一处罚金额，是根据美国评估的非法交易额而定的，最高2倍。

　　这意味着，美国认为台积电“非法”代工的芯片价值最高可能超过5亿美元。

　　不过迄今为止，美国尚未对台积电采取任何正式行动。

　　一般遇到此类案件，美国商务部都会提前向涉事企业发送一封指控信，内容包括违规行为、时间、交易额、罚款计算方式等。

　　2023年，希捷就曾因为卖给某企业价值11亿美元的硬盘，被罚款3亿美元。

　　外媒指出，台积电并非故意为某企业代工芯片，而是被骗了，以为自己是为挖矿芯片公司算能科技（Sophgo）制造的矿机芯片，结果是某企业AI处理器的计算模块。

　　发现端倪之后，台积电立即停止了相关生产，算能科技也被美国列入实体清单，但外界不清楚台积电已经为它和某企业制造了多少芯片。
