青海湟中农村商业银行两位高管任职资格获批
近日，青海金融监管局发布两份批复文件，分别核准了李全成和李有梅在青海湟中农村商业银行股份有限公司的任职资格，为该行的管理层注入新力量。
根据青金复 (2025) 37 号文件，青海金融监管局核准李全成青海湟中农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长的任职资格。同时要求李全成自行政许可决定作出之日起 3 个月内到任，并严格遵守金融监管总局有关监管规定，按要求及时报告到任情况。此外，该行需督促李全成持续学习经济金融相关法律法规，强化风险合规意识，熟悉岗位职责，忠实勤勉履职。
青金复 (2025) 36 号文件显示，李有梅获得青海湟中农村商业银行股份有限公司董事会秘书任职资格核准。李有梅同样需在 3 个月内到任并按规报告。此次任职资格的核准，体现了金融监管部门对青海湟中农村商业银行管理层建设的重视与支持。
湟中农商银行成立于 2000 年 9 月 10 日，前身为湟中县农村信用合作联社。经过多年发展，已成为当地金融领域的重要力量。目前，该行注册资本为 23540 万人民币。
