消息面上，近日，冠城钟表珠宝公布2024年业绩，总收入约13.36亿港元，同比减少18.01%。公司拥有人应占亏损约2.54亿港元，同比盈转亏。每股亏损5.84港仙。

公告称，除税后亏损净额包括以下集团资产的一次性减值：收购珠海罗西尼表业有限公司产生的商誉减值8899.1万港元；收购金熹集团产生的商誉减值2692.6万港元；依波精品集团的投资项目预付款项减值3500万港元。
