智通财经APP讯，嘀嗒出行(02559)公布，股份认购协议项下的所有交割条件已获达成，而交割已根据股份认购协议的条款及条件于本公告日期进行。于交割后，该公司间接全资附属公司Lightwind Global Limited拥有合共约15.44亿股优信有限公司(一间由公司非执行董事李斌先生控制的公司)的A类普通股，占优信有限公司经扩大已发行股本总额约2.5%。优信有限公司将不会成为该公司的附属公司，其财务业绩亦不会并入该集团财务报表。
