4月8日，国家税务总局发布《关于推广境外旅客购物离境退税“即买即退”服务措施的公告》，明确从8日起，离境退税“即买即退”服务措施在全国推广。
该举措前期先后在上海、北京、广东、四川、浙江、深圳等地开展试点。
此外，德邦证券研报指出，2025年1-2月海南离岛免税销售收入同比降幅收窄，该行认为海南离岛免税基本面有望筑底，同时公司口岸免税稳步增长、市内免税继续发力。
