金吾财讯 | 小米集团(01810)逆市走高，截至发稿，报40.8港元，涨4.88%，成交额121.09亿港元。消息面上，继此前募资425亿港元后，公司又计划发行200亿元人民币公募债筹资。上交所公司债券项目信息平台显示，小米通讯技术有限公司200亿元小公募债项目状态更新为“已受理”，受理日期为2025年4月7日。募集说明书申报稿显示，本次债券发行规模不超过200亿元（含200亿元），在扣除发行等相关费用后，募集资金拟用于偿还公司有息债务、补充公司流动资金、项目建设投资或其他法律法规允许的用途。本次债券发行的主体小米通讯是小米集团旗下销售智能手机、物联网(IoT)与生活消费产品以及提供互联网服务的核心子公司。
