Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR) said Wednesday it formed a collaboration with blockchain-based payments firm Fnality to enable real-time delivery versus payment settlement for intraday repo transactions.
The collaboration leverages Fnality's digital representation of funds held at central banks as a settlement rail for Broadridge's distributed ledger repo platform, the company said.
