IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 50,000 shares at 5.92 Malaysian Ringgit each, pursuant to the exercise of options under the company's Enterprise Option Scheme, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issued shares will be listed on April 14.
