Blink Charging (BLNK) received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for missing the deadline to file the 2024 annual report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A plan to regain compliance must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the April 2 date of the letter, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
The company plans to file the report "as promptly as possible to regain compliance with the Nasdaq rule," according to the statement.
