金吾财讯 | 港股大盘午后拉升，恒指升414点或2%，报21093点。至于国企指数升2.62%，恒科指数升3.1%。蓝筹中，中芯国际(00981)涨7.37%，吉利汽车(00175)涨7.1%，比亚迪股份(01211)涨7.03%。ATMX中，小米集团(01810)涨4.53%，腾讯(00700)涨1.44%，阿里巴巴(09988)涨0.57%，美团(03690)涨0.21%。信达国际表示，市场预期中央将加大力度稳经济，第三季将额外发债，以刺激国内需求并减轻关税打击，同时憧憬在人民银行的支持下，“国家队”将加大力度入市，并要求国企加大回购规模，以稳定市场。不过，中美贸易紧张料续困扰投资情绪及打击企业盈利，除非中美最终就贸易冲突重启谈判，否则恒指反弹料受制22,000点。
