智通财经APP讯，远洋集团(03377)发布公告，于2025年4月11日，卖方(公司全资附属公司北京银港房地产开发有限公司)拟向买方(日照钢铁控股集团有限公司)出售目标公司(北京盛永置业投资有限公司)23%股权，代价为人民币3.22亿元。
目标公司主要从事投资物业开发。于本公告日期，目标公司由卖方及买方分别持有35%及65%权益，为公司联营公司。
项目公司(北京远翔置业有限公司)为目标公司的全资附属公司。其主要从事房地产开发及物业管理。项目公司为名为远洋国际中心二期(由两座国际甲级写字楼及一座购物中心组成，位于中国北京市朝阳区)之开发项目的业主。
出售事项使集团能够通过出售成熟项目股权，兑现对目标集团前期投入的增值收益，同时可清偿对项目公司的债务，缓解集团的债务压力，维持集团的基本营运资金。
