金吾财讯 | 普拉达(01913)公布，按企业价值13.75亿美元（约106.7亿港元）收购同业范思哲（Versace）控股公司GIVI Holding S.r.l. ，有关作价较此前报道透露的16亿美元为低。根据Versace集团公开披露截至今年3月止财政年度的收益指引计算，企业价值与收益比为1.7倍。普拉达指，Versace去年12月28日止9个月经营亏损4100万美元（约3.1亿港元），而去年3月底长期资产12.2亿美元（约94.7亿港元）。Versace将保持其品牌创意与文化底蕴，并全面受益于该集团综合平台的优势，包括行业能力、零售执行力及营运专业知识。
